Refund & Replacement Policy

 

Thanks for shopping at Kakes Production Kitchens. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Replacement Of Damaged Or Spoiled Item

 

You have five (5) calendar days to request a replacement from the date you received it. To be eligible for a replacement, your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and a replacement request must be sent to us at customercare@kakesketo.com.

Refunds

 

You may request a refund of your product ordered, paid for in advance, and received. You must request the refund within 3 calendar days of receipt of the product.  All refund requests must be sent to us at customercare@kakesketo.com. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
